In April 2018, Cain Fabrication & Machine acquired Industrial Machine, a machine shop founded in 1968 and focused on large industrial machining services and parts manufacturing, and consolidated operations in Zelienople, PA.  In addition, we acquired a waterjet machine capable of processing 12' x 28' plate.  The acquisition of these unique assets expands our capabilities in service to our customers.
